职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Operate security system and conduct 24 hour monitoring
Provide timely and properly response to prioritized security alarms
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly security documentation of all activities and support the regional monitoring as appropriate.
Inform management of all pertinent activities to include reporting of incidents and conduct preliminary inquiries.
Compiling situational and after-action reports for both security and company management
Providing as-needed support for various security operations, crisis response and business continuity functions
Performing business functions such as document drafting and revision, data tracking, budget forecasting, and data analysis
Assist the security manager to develop crisis management SOP, policies and procedures and align with Global security operation center.
Ensuring all policies, procedures and protocols are followed at all times and escalating situations and/or issues to management as appropriate.
Analyzing data to make process improvements. Such data includes Client satisfaction ratings, response time, case management statistics, etc.

Education & Experience
Bachelor degree or above
3+ years in the work force Security work experience
