工作职责:
按照商场的业态分布及品牌组合,引入优质租户或及时调整不良租户,保证商场的预期收益;协调各部门,为租户提供良好的服务,保障租户的预期收益。
1. 协助商场总经理制定年度租金预算计划,达成招商与租金收益的预期目标
2. 负责商场租户业态分布与组合的合理规划与调整
3. 租户服务及租户合同、档案及信息管理
4. 租赁团队管理与建设
任职要求:
1. 工商管理或经济类相关专业
2. 大学专科以上学历
3. 5年以上知名百货、购物中心招商工作经验
4. 2年以上团队管理经验
5. 对所负责品类具有全面的商品知识及布局规划能力
6. 了解国家、地方的商品法、消费者权益法等相关法律法规
7. 优秀的谈判能力及数字能力
