Principal Accountabilities:
1. Be responsible for machine breakdown.
2. Perform Preventive Maintenance & Calibration for machines regarding to PM and Calibration Instruction.
3. Develop PM& Calibration methods to improve the machines' quality and stability with / without other sites' Engineer support.
4. Project management for machine installation / modification / upgrading.
5. Manage Spare Part, including analysis, purchasing, replace etc.
6. Manage Utilities with Factory's Energy Group. Be responsible for HVAC system for MT part, including Preventive Maintenance.
7. Work as a cooperator with Metrology Group in factory, to manage the calibration for tools / measurement device.
8. Collect machine performance indicators monthly and report to N+1.
Qualifications:
1. Good Communication skill in English, oral & write.
2. Familiar with Electrical Drawing, wiring, automation, such as PLC, PLC programming, sensors, solenoid valves, cylinder etc.
3. Skill for auto CAD and Well skill for Microsoft Office.
4. Basic knowledge for Network, PC hardware & Operation System.
5. Knowledge for hydraulic system, pneumatic system, basic mechanical structure and also the components is preferred.
6. College degree or Bachelor degree in electrical / electronics / Industrial automation.
7. At least 5-year-experience in similar position for College degree / 3 years for bachelor degree.
8. Good communication skill in Chinese and English (oral and written)
