Responsibilities:
Major duties are to support Sales Director -China in his daily job and admin support to his key staff. This includes:
? Organize and follow up the reporting of the team's key activities, including preparation of regular Management Reviews
? Follow up strategic plan and profit plan progress and interface with reporting functions and other key peer functions of the country sales director.
? Follow up internal action plans and make sure that instructions are properly implemented within the organization.
? Maintain diary of the sales director and scheduling of business activities including travel and customer visits.
? Organize meetings, audio conferences, and prepare meeting minutes as needed.
? Interface with all key functions in APAC and China and WHQ as well as senior level of contacts with external customers, public agencies and service providers.
? Preparation of presentations or review materials for internal and external use, including collection of basic inputs from peer functions.

Requirements:
? Minimum a bachelor degree with good command of English language. Prior executive assistant experience with a MNC in China.
? Great communication skills, positive and pleasant personality, and be good at dealing with interfaces at senior level, both internal and external.
? Attention to detail and be able to keep confidentiality. Well organized and can work under time pressure.
? Very good PC and Window Office skills (Power Points and Excel in particular)
? Willing to work beyond defined job scope when such business needs arise from time to time.
