7. Major Responsibilities
1) GTM- merchandisers activities management (40%)
? Train merchandisers to execute database collection, workshop acquisition and workshop retention.
? Manage database collection, consolidation and generate reports
2) GTM workshop CRM and database automation program (40%)
? Deploy merchandiser version of SFA system and CRM tools for workshop database and automation of merchandiser data collection work.
3) Field visit and database audit (20%)
Visit merchandisers and work shop to verify content of merchandiser report and database.
Develop improvement plan to improve merchandisers productivity base on field feedback.
8. Key Performance Measures
1. work shop database accuracy and effectiveness (KPI from DB users, CRM specialist, product managers, Sales team, Channel development manager)
2. Productivity of merchandisers (visit 120/months, database completeness 95%)
3. database integrity 95%

Bachelor degree or above

Experience of parts distribution organization
