Position Description
? Responsible for the solutioning and delivery of projects with very complex user requiements and diverse scope – trasactional and reporting
? Partner with business functional managers, BPR managers, external partners to build and deliver enterprise solutions
? Proven credentials in Core SAP financials - GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and Controlling
? Manages design and development for SAP driven projects and effectively communicate on business and technical matters to IT teams and other stakeholders.
? Owns and is responsible for the project deliverables and is the primary liaison with business managers/stake holders
? Facilitate partner and vendor engagement and manages vendor resources for project delivery
? Coordinate development and is responsible for project planning
? Perform effort estimation for projects or enhancements
? Ensure integration for processes across regions and SAP / non-SAP systems
? Manage and communicate risks associated with the project
? Facilitates documentation, knowledge transfer, and user training and manges the transition to production support teams
Job Responsibilities
? Review business requirements and provide scalable and robust system solutions
? Develop and mentor junior staff and onboarding of vendor resources
? Developing and implementing best in class solutions that are fully integrated with Apple’s Information Technology standards and demonstrating industry
best practices
? Execute projects, setting project deliverable priorities; monitoring and
reporting on the process, progress and results.
? Review technical development team deliverables for accuracy and completeness
? Exercise project management practices and support a productive environment.
? Conduct and lead project milestone meetings with internal and exernal stakeholders
? Effectively communicate project status to the senior management on a regular basis
? Partner with the business to ensure their expectations are met and managed
? Ensures consistent quality delivery of projects as per Apple SAP project life cycle.
? Participates in SAP Design and system performance reviews and attends other functional and business alignment and focus area meetings.

Education and Experience Requirements
? Mandatory - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited university preferably in Finance/ Accounting
? Advanced qualifications like CPA, MBA-Finance is a plus
? 8 plus years of SAP FI-CO experience in high tech manufacturing/OEM or Consumer product environment

Skill Requirements
? Certified SAP R/3 or ECC 6.0 configurator with deep knowledge of SAP R/3, ECC 6.0
? Deep SAP functional and configuration expertise in core accounting processes – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Taxation and Consolidation
? Extensive knowledge of Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and COPA
? Exposure to SAP HANA, BPC, FSCM, and good understanding of BW/ BI/ BOBJ and other Reporting solutions is preferred
? Good working knowledge of other SAP modules in order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes and their FICO touch-points
? Exposure to local GAAP and taxation requirements, practices and systems in Asia Pacific region, especially China is a definite advantage
? Extensive global and international project experience preferred
? Exposure to highly automated and integrated SAP landscape consisting of EDI/ ALE/ iDocs and other system interface models
? Technical (ABAP) skills are a plus
