职位描述：

Key Accountabilities:

1. To provide advice to management in the deployment of information technology in the organization so as to achieve competitive edge cost saving, improve productivity, and other benefits;

2. To provide ongoing systems support and technical assistance to DNG,SZX and remote office (included DS RF warehouse, AIR Port office);

3. To assist in planning, organizing and managing the DNG and SZX IS functions for continuous improvement of IT systems;

4. To ensure the standards for hardware and software are adhered to;

5. To ensure smooth operations and necessary system security aspects are well covered;

6. To supervise Unix/IBM/Notes user ID creation, storage, deletion, and PC/Server software, hardware audit for DNG and DS warehouse office;

7. To update hardware and software inventory to keep accurate record for Asset Tracking;

8. To provide advice to all departments regarding the purchase of computer software, hardware and the related peripherals to be in line with the IS and the Corporate standards;

9. To deliver IS trainings to end user with regard to IS related issues including EI Network Policies, Notes, Office, UNIX, exp.o. Reporting tools, etc.

10. To assist sales or account management persons in liaising with customers on expeditors application system to act as Local customer Solution Manger Role;

11. To be the one of exp.o report designer for DNG, ZIX and SZX branch to develop branch reporting tool for operation dept.

Requirements:

1. Degree or Diploma in Computer Science with 1-2 years' system support experience; excellent graduates also be considered;

2. Fluent in written and spoken English;

3. Strong customer services focus and good communication skills;

4. Hands-on experience in LAN and Windows 7/Windows 8 and MS Office and knowledge of WAN, NT, Notes, Sun, UNIX is advantageous
