（1） 参与公司变革项目，作为变革项目经理，负责变革项目的项目管理，包括项目计划、状态监控、项目协同、推行管理、变革管理、绩效管理、项目变更；支撑公司变革管理团队运作管理，进行项目群管理；
Participates the company change project, act as a project leader, take in charge of the company change project management, responsible for project planning, workflow control, project coordination, carry forward the action plan, performance evaluation etc. communicate internally with all departments in order to drive the project in a positive direction.
（2） 参与制定变革项目管理相关流程、规范、操作指导，并引导项目遵循流程运作；推动变革管理行动计划的执行。
Participate the change management procedure, draw up the regulations and operational guideline; improve the internal communication in order to ensure the action plan is executed smoothly.

Requirements任职资格：
（1） 本科及以上学历，（MBA，商业管理，项目/市场管理，公共关系等专业优先考虑）；有在跨国企业或团体担任过跨部门或跨团队合作的项目
Bachelor degree or above, (preferable major: MBA, project/market management, public relation etc.); has experience in multi-international company with role of crossed-function or crossed-team projects.
（2） 具有较强的沟通和推动能力，高情商，具备与多种国籍或多文化合作经验。
Strong ability in communication and executive force, high EQ, is able to communicate with multi-cultures and different nationalities.
（3） 至少1年以上项目管理经验，具备变革管理、流程管理、运作管理经验（至少具备上述工作经验之一）。担任过变革项目经理或项目管理团队主要成员者优先。
At least 1 year experience of project management or any experience in change-management project, process management, project operation etc. Has been taken the key post or lead in any company/group change management project will be great advantage.
（4） 具备快速学习能力并能在短时间能掌握公司各个部门的合作关系及工作流程。
Is able to learn fast and quickly get familiar with the working process of different departments and identify the relationship between departments.
（5） 国籍不限。中英文读写流利，能够用英文语撰写书面报告并做口头演示。另具备法语语言基础者优先考虑。
Open to any nationality. Fluent in Chinese and English, is able to draft and give presentation in English. Knowledge in French will be good advantage. 举报 分享
