Role & Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities through sales call and presentations to potential customers in local market, retention from assigned customers and growth of net revenue for the accounts

- Maintains existing customers through follow up and service customers in a professional and timely manner

- Follow up sales leads, analysis business possibilities, assist to complete quotation according to the requirement of accounts

- Interact regularly with CS & OP managers, and develop close and cooperative relation with operation staffs make sure customer's need met

- Coordinating with global sales to improve service level and solve business problem with existing accounts locally

- Enter account information and sales activity into CRM system

- Control AR under company finance policy

- Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, Certification and Training requirements

- College degree or above.

- Minimum 3 years' working experience preferred in international trading and freight forwarding.
