职位描述：
The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for providing high quality operational support to sales team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Provide daily operational support for the Sales Team and oversees the overall sales administration of the office.
? Responsible for ensuring procurement compliance is aligned with regional policy;
? Supporting sales team with market analysis;
? Organizing request for proposal/bid management;
? Managing CRM system such as Salesforce.com;
Desired Skills / Qualifications
? 2-4 years’ experience in sales support or administrative background with proven knowledge in tender, RFP and bid management;
? Ability to comfortable use CRM systems, PPT, Excel and Windows applications;
? Strong problem solving and communication skills, combined with ability to work well in a team and provide valued support;
? Fluent in both writing and speaking in English and Mandarin.
? At least Bachelor degree.
