岗位职责：
Part 1: Product Development Support
产品开发支持
1. Responsible for supporting the product development process between DCL, the Suppliers, the Partner Factories, and the Product Managers / Technicians
负责支持公司与供应商、合作工厂、产品经理之间的产品开发进程；
2. Ease communication flow between the Tremblay//USA Product Managers / Technicians and the Suppliers and Partner Factories.
协调法国/美国/产品经理/技术人员和供应商及合作工厂的沟通交流；
3. Be the eyes and ears of the Tremblay/USA Product Managers / Technicians and report the evolution of the project development
代表法国/美国/产品经理/技术人员跟进产品项目流程并汇报开发进展；
4. Be the eyes and ears of the Tremblay/USA Product Managers / Technicians on the production of competitive products.
代表法国/美国/产品经理/技术人员跟进主打产品生产；
5. Answer common questions from Suppliers / Partner Factories and forward feedback from Suppliers / Partner Factories to Product Managers / Technicians (based on product knowledge and capitalizing from previous similar product developments).
利用以往类似产品开发中的产品知识回复供应商、合作工厂的常见问题，并将他们的反馈转达给产品经理、技术人员
6. Translate Chinese / English documentations when needed
翻译有需要的中英文件
7. Help Suppliers / Partner Factories apply a current technical solution already well known by Delsey (learning curve).
帮助供应商、合作工厂实施DELSEY已经掌握的现有技术解决方案
8. Send to Product Managers / Technicians samples of products (including FSQ samples, raw-materials and components with comments (report + pictures)
寄送产品样办和评语给美国/法国产品经理、技术人员
9. Manage the development of new parts (transfer technical file, mock-up, price and samples for test)
管理新部件开发（传递技术文件，模板，价格和测试样）
10. Request and send to Technicians the up-dated version of each BOM
跟进并发送最新版本的BOM给法国技术人员。
11. Manage all running changes (samples for approval, BOM)
管理所有的开发产品的改进（样办批核，BOM)
12. Follow commercial sampling and first mass production to ensure that comments from FSQ review are taken into account, including packing, labelling.
跟进产品抽样和大货初产以保证所有FSQ的评语都完全执行，包括包装，吊牌等
13. Train QC about new range specifications
培训QC有关新系列产品验货规格

Part 2 Product quality reporting
产品质量报告
1. Create quality control document rough for each new product to be approved by Technicians before being transferred to the Quality Dpt.
在移交品质部门前，为每个新产品编制经法国技术人员批准的品质管理文档
2. Bring technical support to solve major and critical quality problems (which can delay shipment and/or modify the price of finished products) until approval of the corrective action by Technicians
引入技术支持来解决主要和关键的质量问题(即可能影响延期装船和/或修改成品的价格),直到技术人员批准相关纠正措施

Part 3 Prepare and accompany visits of Product Managers / Designers / Technicians
接待和陪同产品经理、设计师、技术人员来访
1. Accompany Product Managers, Designers and Technicians teams during their visits to Asia陪同产品经理、设计师、技术人员来访
2. Prepare agenda and make appointments with the Suppliers/Partner Factories, inform them about objectives and make sure all parties are ready to do the product review准备日程安排并与供应商、合作工厂预约行程，通知他们会谈内容并确保所有与会方都做好相关产品评审准备。
3. Support Technicians during their visit to Partner Factories / Suppliers to explain Delsey standards, packing definitions, testing methods。
在技术人员访问合作工厂、供应商期间，支持他们的工作行程，提供DELSEY标准、包装要求、测试方法的解释说明。
