职位描述：
Objective:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for all daily account-specific functions for the accounts that may be designated by the Senior Product Dev. Manager and will work directly with the Asia Product Development and Engineering team.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Daily communication between our sales representatives at factories.
2) Acute understanding of customers' requirements.
3) Setting up the system of data management and storage of all pertinent information for easy accessibility and sharing within the organization.
4) Managing product samples and and insuring that all items are photographed prior to release to the USA or other entity is critical.
5) Responsible for review packaging artwork files and insuring packaging information matches and is accurate to product information provided by the factory.

Job requirements:
1) Must demonstrate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Photoshop as well as data processing.
2) Basic product knowledge and an understanding of the various product categories. 举报 分享
