职位描述：
1，处理客户投诉和技术方面的问题，收集投诉信息、问题查因、协调相关部门制定相关处理方案、跟进改善行动；
2，使用比如门径管理，项目管理方法进行新产品开发与利用；
3，充分结合客户需求和公司生产实际情况来回复咨询和提供内外部技术支持；
4，学习熟知软包生产工艺及客户质量标准，为改善内部工艺技术和解决客户生产问题打好基础；
5、识别新产品开发过程风险、通过专业的分析和研究科学呈现产品的状况；
6，熟悉并掌握客户设备参数和操作，并建立客户设备管理档案；
7，落实团队合作，跨部门和区域沟通；
8，协助各类技术标准和文件编辑完善；
9，其他相关支持类工作内容；

基本要求：
1、本科学历，高分子材料/包装工程/化学/化工等相关工科专业，2年以上软包装或材料行业工作经验；
2、英语听说读写熟练，能够作为工作语言使用；
