Business Area Overview:
The GCR L&D Ops team is responsible for employee learning, management effectiveness building, as well as other people development initiatives in GHRO. The GHRO L&D Ops team provides Employee development programs to all levels of employees in GCR region.
Role:
· Mainly support the on-boarding program include the New Employee Orientation training, New manager trainings and other Employee and manager trainings.
· Support execution of all on-boarding programs and other EME programs for Sales and Marking, R&D, Customer Service and Support, in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hongkong and Taiwan, ect, including coordination, planning, reporting, as well as logistic arrangement.
· Providing administrative support leadership for deployment of initiatives for all EME programs ( Employee training and management training) in Shanghai, Suzhou, Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
GHRO L&D Ops team run the yearly learning schedule in GCR region for around 5000 training days each year for all GCR locations. Hundreds of learning sessions is planned and delivered.
Detailed responsibility for this position:
Provide overall Operations support to GHRO L&D, including:
1.Provide support in terms of key operation processes, like new hire and new manager list tracking, training targets invitation, facilitator invitation, reporting, My learning system, registration, cancelling, scheduling…2.Coordinate with the global team and support to update training materials of on-boarding programs by the request of the stakeholder.
3.Monitor the new hires and new managers’ completion rate, coordinate with the stakeholder to push the metrics, send out the completion report.
4.Host the on-boarding programs.
5.Monitor course evaluation score, new hires and new manager numbers in a year and provide feedback back to EME for improvement.
6.On site support of on-boarding programs and other GL&D or local L&D programs.
7.Provide administrative help to CS team member in HK and Taiwan
