MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
? Review the documents and materials for dept. manager approval, English translation is a must.
? Manage the coordination internally and externally, includes but not limited to cross dept. communication and work, outside organizations, groups, social activities communication and some legal issues.
? Transfer phone call to dept. manager and take notes if necessary, emails to any kinds of documents on manager's request.
? Manage internal admin affair and procedure, includes dept. stationary maintenance, payment and expense claim, IT assets, logistics and warehouse.
? Manage dept. manager business itinerary, includes hotels, air and train tickets ordering.
? Organize dept. meeting upon request, meeting translation and meeting minutes are necessary.
? Assist new employee orientation.
? Other assignment from dept. manager.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor degree or above, majored in administration management, secretary or business English.
? At least 4 years related working experience in foreign company.
? Mandarin: excellent listening, speaking and writing skill.
? English: excellent listening, speaking and writing skill, good interpretation skill.
? Familiar with MS Office
? Integrated Ability:
1. Good communication skill
2. Good organization and coordination skill
3. Good team cooperation ability
4. Good planning organization skill
5. Good problem solving skill
6. Good ability working under pressure
Professional experience & working skills:
? At least 2 years related working experience in foreign company, good professional accomplishment and the professional dedication.
? Familiar with office management operation procedure, good at business writing and document Management.
Other Requirements: Experience in IT dept. assistant and knowing French are preferred.
