Basic Function
As an integral part of the Store Planning & Design Department, the site survey planner will be responsible for provide high quality site survey reports with good time control, communicate with client to understand their request, and train partners properly to enhance their information accuracy. This position will work closely with RTC’s installation team and customer service team.


Essential Duties and Responsibilitie
--Get site survey information from installation supervisor or partner and work on the site survey report on a store-by-store basis. Manage partners to enhance the accuracy of site survey information.
--Finish site survey floor plans by CAD software and keynote report with accurate information independently.
--Be the conduit between RTC and the customer. Work together to achieve total customer satisfaction.
--Manage the changes from approved store layout plan with the markets and the Key Account Managers.
--Review the requested changes from customers and revise accordingly to ensure the customers’ request is being met and adhered to.
--Highlight any potential red flags on timing to the Customer Services Manager in a timely manner to avoid any failure of RTC meeting their KPI’s. These red flag areas will include but not be limited to:
a. Submission and approval of site survey reports to keep within timelines
b. Any site survey report changes affecting potential installation lead times
c. Feedback from the markets regarding concern over delivery, communication etc.

--Highlight to RTC installation team any potential issues regarding installation and assist as required resolving.
--Feedback to the Program Manager on any issues around quality concerns, fixture issues, potential issues to improve manufacturing, delivery, installation etc.
--Attend weekly meetings with RTC and the client reviewing the current and forward program.
--Present as required all appropriate site survey report change requests and work through with the Apple CS team to achieve approval.


Education, Experience, and Software Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree or above. Prefer to major in space design.

Experience:
--3 - 5 years working experience in design. Have good sense in commercial space design.
--Be logical and careful. Be able to finish site survey report with efficiency and accuracy.
--Well-organized and good time control ability. Be able to prioritize workload and timelines.
--Good communication skill in both Chinese and English. CET-4 is qualified and CET-6 will be a plus.
--Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
--Great attitude and willingness to work hard. Ability to take direction from a variety of team players, and resilient in the face of ever-changing client demands.

Software Requirements:
--Proficient in AutoCAD
--Experience with Revit, 3D Max, Adobe Creative will be a plus
--Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
--Master keynote of Apple system will be a plus.


Reporting
This role will report directly to the site survey team leader.
On a daily basis this role works closely with the Account Manager, Customer Services Manager and Program Manager. 举报 分享
