职位描述：
Responsibility
1. Present and lead design directions with internal and external parties.
2. Subject Mater Expert on usability and Experience with focus groups and Client Relations.
3. Works with Internal and External stakeholders to ensure creative are in line and on-brand with business objectives.
4. Participate in Solution Storm and the possible development, execution and implementation of those ideas.
5. Know How of Analytics and using data to drive improvements on design.
6. Focus on exceptional design details and Aesthetics that creates a stand out product, yet be rational, simple and implementable.
7. Lead a small team of UX/UI and graphics designers to work on an international brand's product and services while sustaining quality of the highest standards.
8. Responsible for all digital design works for web base system applications & other digital platforms.
9. Ideate, design and oversee all streamline creative, digital assets productions and management for cross digital platforms.
10. Support the executions of all visual creative in stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
11. Work with Project & Product Managers to provide scheduling and resource allocation control.
Requirements:
1. Candidates should be an innovative problem solvers who can both express their own vision and elevate others.
2. Deep and broad interactive knowledge and technical skills are highly valued.
3. Bachelor degree or above in Interactive Designs, or design-related discipline.
4. Over 7 years of work in Digital Design and 3 years in UX domain.
5. Extensive UX experience on Digital and Online products with Portfolios of Digital agency background who can demonstrate Innovations.
6. Strong understanding of Information Architecture in relations to UI and UX approaches for both mobile and desktop platforms.
7. Excellent communication skill and negotiation in both Chinese and English.
8. Lead and inspire team member to conceptualize and produce digital solutions for Enterprise level marketing materials.
9. Ability to understand business strategy, formula design strategy and Lead design direction.
10. Exceptional Skills in Wireframes, layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography with the ability to storytelling or translate ideas to stakeholders.
11. Excellent time management, multi-tasking skills, push the boundaries of digital solutions continually and encourage other members in the team
12. Know How of Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite and Creative Clouds especially with Photoshop and Illustrator.
13. Experience with working Knowledge demonstrating effective usage of HTML5, DHTML, CSS3, and JS Framew 举报 分享
