职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1. Covering sourcing, purchasing, Customs handling, planning, customer service and warehouse management
2. Implement organized and effective warehousing control and management;
3. Plan and execute all in-bound and out-bound logistic in most efficient and economic ways, and deliver targeted customer satisfaction indices;
4. Manage effectively all import & export custom clearance matters;
5. Responsible for strategic sourcing & managing of the sourcing team;
6. Provide strong support to project teams on BOM costing , component lead-times, critical components list as well as update on material availability & new supplier development;
7. Liaise with counterparts or related groups to identify proper sources for unique components;

Key Requirements:
1. Education background in Manufacturing, Industrial, Material Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
2. Minimum 15 years experience, out of which 10 years should be in material management or senior sourcing / procurement management position;
3. Strong experience in developing and maintenance the total material system skills in the manufacturing environment;
4. Be an excellent communicator, excellent co-ordination, analytical and team skills;
Proficiency in English and Mandarin;
5. Excellent knowledge of ERP/SAP.
