Key Responsibilities

· PO consolidation and placement to suppliers.

· Pay close attention to the production status and related information for delivery schedule follow up.

· Responsible for coordination and/or follow up with suppliers and Finance Dept. regarding shipping

documents submission and any discrepancy found.

Essential Duties

· Consolidate PO from Brand(s), check and review data such as supplier's capacity,minimum order quantity,

custmized orders and etc. follow up on PO placement.

· Ensure suppliers submitting shipping documents to Finance Dept.on time, and to coordinate between
suppliers and Finance Dept. if there is any discrepancy found.

· Support liaison between Brand(s)/customers and suppliers to reach mutual agreement and confirmation on
delivery schedule and details.

· Update data regarding PO,delivery status and ect.(such as price, delivery schedule,shipping method,etc)
into SAP system(may also other relevant system/database)timely and accurately.

· Manage documentation and update of Template/Reports/Databases timely and systematically.

Qualifications & Skills

· University graduate.

· Good spoken and written English.

· Good Communication and interpersonal skill.

· Good computer skill: MS Office(Excel, Word) and Outlook.

· SAP system experience preferred.

· Able to work independently.

· Hard working and willing to learn.

Desired Working experience

· 3 years working experience in which 1-2 years in relevant job(in sourcing/trading/manufacturing).
