职位要求:Develop all Sales & Marketing Activities by Managing the Sales Organization including Sales and Administrative functions , employees and outsourced service contracts ( representatives and distributors ) implemented for the client in the ASIA Territory by promoting the company`s engineered solutions, products and services in the Heavy Duty and Automotive segments to grow the business presence .


Client Details

The client is a Multinational Rubber and Silicon company with HQ in the US. The main clients involve trucks, automotive and construction equipment. It is now very rapidly developing their China market by working together with all major Heavy Duty Segments locally.


Description

· Develop Relationship and Business opportunities with all major OEM`s customers in ASIA with emphasis in the CHINA territory.

· Support the communication process of purchasing ,engineering , logistics , finance and all areas that needs an interface between customers , entities ( global) and the China factory organization

· Implement and Organize the SALES TEAM in the field by Obtaining RFQ/ BID from new and existing customers by managing the correct documentation such as drawings ,specs , all legal documents and other necessary requirements

· Manage the "on time RFQ/BID response delivery" from the company as well as the approval process from the customer

· Organize Trip agendas with the Corporate Sales Director to identify opportunities according to the Potential Customers in the Market and the strategic plan

· Organize REGULAR Trip agendas to manage customer satisfaction related to our supply process (quality, product shipment, scheduling, payment, etc.)

· Support the Shenzhen Sales Office Activities with all customer and market information necessary to manage the different accounts and DOLLAR Sales visibility ( forecasting )

· Attend all Sales Administrative Processes as such as Customer Visit Reporting, Expenses Management Reporting, Salesmen team targets, etc.…

· Obtain the necessary Market Information and Studies by introducing FLEXFAB to necessary entities that manage the automotive industry statistics and forecasts to support the sales growth development strategies definition

· Maintain ethical conduct and respect all internal procedures and the confidentiality agreement


Profile

At least 10 years of Sales Activities in the Supply Chain of Automotive or Commercial Vehicles industry in China, managerial level is a must.

Cross China Sales experience in the relevant fields is highly preferred.

Outgoing and resilient personality

Bachelor degree and above in Engineering or Business Administration

Fluent in Mandarin and English
