7. Major Responsibilities
? Achieve sales target in the dedicated region
? Help TRW distributors to sell through TRW parts, recommend new product line to TRW distributors
? Guide and train Distributors to approach workshops and achieve workshop target.
? Regularly monitor Distributors performance, back order, inventory and forecast.
? Establish, develop and maintain good relationship with all levels of customer including Distributors and workshops.
? Cooperate with customer service team by making collections and other activities.

College’s degree

Bachelor Degree and major in sales and marketing preferred.

? Have the ability/experience to develop distributors in target cities, be good at customer management
? Results oriented, can work under pressure.
? Ambitious and aggressive, but a good team player.
? English reading and business travel is a must.
10b. Desirable
Sales knowledge in auto aftermarket is preferred.

At least 5 years in sales position

Automobile related industry is preferred
