职位要求：The position will be responsible for technical support for quality control for gearbox from OEM factories.

工作内容

* Product support from specification creation, design, validation to serial production

* Preparation and examination of design calculations and certification documents

* Elaboration and definition of approval criteria for prototype and series tests

* Analysis of load simulation calculations and their effects on interpretation

Market and competition monitoring

* Close cooperation and exchange with suppliers

* Continuous monitoring of the state of the technology

* Strong cross - functional cooperation with technical and non - technical Departments

* Cost-oriented development using DTC principles and methods

Participation in internal and external cost-out workshop




理想的求职者

* Completed university degree in mechanical engineering (Ideally master's degree)

Preferably with a focus on the design and development of machine elements in

* Drive train technology of wind turbine or comparable

* Several years of work experience in a comparable position, in particular experience in the development of Components and systems for wind turbine , main focus on main gear box

* Detailed design know-how for machine elements and very good knowledge in the gear box and Bearing design

* Detailed knowledge about the calculation of the load for component design and practical experience with the application of the relevant design specifications (IEC61400, GL2010, ISO281, ISO6336) for wind turbine and their components

* Knowledge of design and verification calculations of transmissions with state-of-the-Art-Cax tools desirable

* Very good knowledge of German and English spoken and written

* A high degree of self-initiative, analytical and team-oriented work

* Enthusiasm for wind power and innovative technologies
