职位描述：
Job Description
- To find the right suppliers in terms of Cost and quality
- Develop ranges of products and collections according to the designs
- Daily communication with Chinese suppliers and Buyers in France on product development and production.
- Attend related Chinese fairs to grasp more information about suppliers and products.
- Make propositions to the French buyers regarding product development, production and shipment.
- Negotiation with suppliers on quality and price etc.
- Order follow up with suppliers
- Check production schedule is requested
- Organize & attend QC inspections
- Manage the subordinates and make sure all of them fulfill their tasks according to the business needs.
- Review and optimize the daily operation to the team
- Provide guidance and coaching to the team
- Follow the work status of the team and make evaluation to the subordinates.
- Other assignment related to the position arranged by the superior

Job Requirement
- Know how of furniture/home products and production.
- Honest, reliable, dynamic, organized, hard working and independent.
- Open-minded, be able to integrate himself/herself easily in a team and work with others
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good staff management skills
- Good command of computers and office software
- High sense of job responsibility
- Good level of spoken and written in ENGLISH
