精通英语水平说话、阅读和写作。和美国总部一起负责供应商品质管理。
? 负责检测产品质量。
? 与质量经理一起负责产品制作流程管理（首件、PPAD、产品缺陷研究和改进）。
? 大专以上学历，工程、技术、科学等
? 3年以上国际品牌公司品质管理经验
? 了解ISO9000品质管理体系和SA8000系统经验
? 沟通能力强，英语水平好
? 团队精神、诚实好学。
? Proficient in English at a level to speak, read and write. Work directly with both China suppliers and USA colleagues.
? Fully understand and translate engineering and quality specifications to suppliers. Ensure that the specifications are fully understood and adhered to by all suppliers.
? Perform In-process inspections in suppliers manufacturing facilities and document supplier non-conformances and initiate Supplier corrective actions requests (SCAR) as necessary.
? Perform final inspections for each shipment at supplier manufacturing facilities and verify, validate suppliers’ corrective actions.
? Lead on Igloo internal testing
? Initiate supplier audit for any potential supplier (new supplier)
? Initiate yearly supplier audit for Igloo existing suppliers in China and follow up on SCAR
? Train suppliers on retailer quality operation process including Wal-Mart, Target, Costco, Dollar General, Family Dollar, CVS, etc.
? Lead and train suppliers on how to pass customer audit successfully
? Work with suppliers to have pre-production meeting for any new launched products, perform PPAP during new product pilot production in supplier facilities. Correct any discrepancy between original design and actual products
? Drive continuous improvement plan on quality system and production process
? Lead on defective goods analysis and work out preventive measures
? Provide timely relevant statistic for management reference
? Provide all relevant support throughout NPD and production phase

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering, technical or science
2. Min 3 Years experience working in international branding company in quality
3. Knowledge of ISO 9000 quality system and SA 8000 system. GSV / C-TPAT will be a plus
4. Good communication skills
5. Excellent English for reading, writing and speaking
6. Good team player

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in textile engineering or relevant fields
