职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Increase sales revenues by providing detailed technical knowledge and assistance during joint sales calls with sales including provide presentations materials.
2. To research, identify and define market and product application opportunities for specific customers including provide product application proposal.
3. Work with product line manager and R&D to take advantage of new technical developments through new products/applications. Assist with sales launch new products/applications.
4. To provide on-the-job product and sales training as required. Identify training and reference materials needed for field sales training programs.
Requirements:
1. B.S. degree in paper industry, engineering, chemistry or related field required.
2. Familiar with tissue process and paper chemicals.
3. Tissue mill working experience is preferred. Have paper chemical application knowledge, for example tissue additive, pulping chemicals, wet end process chemicals, strength, water treatment chemicals etc.
4. Over 5 years of direct industry experience, including at least 3 years of progressive technical experience.
5. Interested in continuously learning about new technology and developing new skills; able to translate that knowledge into practical applications for customers.
6. Skilled in the ability to determine customer requirements and develop new product ideas.
7. Ability to educate and train the sales force.
