Job Qualification:
1. Develop existing/new products, ensure products meet company's requirement and market
2. Approve seal samples and compile product check list
3. Factory audit, including system/process/preliminary ethical, follow up and drive CAP until fully closed
4. Manage and follow up Code of Conduct audit
5. Follow-up factory production schedule, inspection arrangements. Perform pre-shipment inspection at manufacturing site if necessary
6. Product abnormal situation handling and follow-up
7. Inspection report handling
8. Customer complain handling

Relevant Experience & Knowledge:
1. 5+ years Quality Control and Assurance in buying offices or trading/factories.
2. Be able to assess samples and propose modifications.
3. Familiar with ISO9000, and common code of conducts practice.
4. General knowledge of UK/European Directives and Standards
5. Experience in project follow up, manufacturing process, QC/QA & factory audit
