职位描述：
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
? As one of the key players, participate in design sessions with engineering management and is expected to turn design into quality implementation with low level design, coding and unit test.
? Responsible for writing reusable code for new and enhanced functionality of our product.
? Working full lifecycle of product development including design, implementation and testing
? Working with architect to validate designs through walk-through, prototypes, and unit testing
? Responsible for recommending and maintaining strong standard coding conventions, source management, and documentation.
? Responsible for seeking out and recognizes flaws, weaknesses, and errors in software.
? Collaborate with other team members on development and knowledge sharing openly and proactively.
Qualifications
? 3+ years of experience in software development in backend using Java program language.
? 3+ years of progressive experience in complex software development in a product development group.
? 3+ years of large scale, full life cycle development experience.
? Telecom domain knowledge is a strong plus.
? Online Charging, Rating, Account Balance Management experience is a strong plus.Policy/PCEF/PCRF/PCC experience is a strong plus
? Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver in a fast paced multi-project environment.
? Experience in globalization and localization is a plus.
Skills
? Proficient in Java programming language.
? Experience with OO modeling, design pattern and component based design.
? Experience with SQL and fashion Database includes Oracle and MySQL.
? Have hands-on experience across the entire software development cycle from development, unit-testing and maintaining.
? Experience with source control systems (SVN) and other software engineering tools.
? Experience with Diameter protocol is a plus.
? Experience with fashion Java frameworks and technologies include Hibernate, JPA, Spring, Drools and OSGI is a plus.
? Experience with fashion Linux/Unix OS includes Redhat Linux, is a plus.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? English: Fluent.
? Ability to work in a fast paced environment and learn new things quickly.
Education
? BS or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering.
