Job duties:
-Local book voucher booking in Kingdee system, local ledger printing and filling
-Perform monthly regular tasks, including staff expense claim checking, Vendor payment request checking etc.
-Debit Note preparation, produce SAP upload record to head office and follow up queries from supplier and AP team
-Other ad hoc tasks assigned by finance Manager
Requirements:
-University student major in Accounting or related discipline
-Good interpersonal skills
-Self-motivated with analytical mind
-Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
-Proficiency in MS office application, especially for Excel, Word and PowerPoint
