Main Tasks & Responsibilities 主要工作职责 :
1. Collaborating and acting as key HR point of contact, sparring partner and sounding board for the assigned client group leadership teams. Level of participation in client LT varies according to needs and priority (permanent member, ad hoc, etc.). 该角色与指定部门领导团队合作,作为他们的人力资源联络人,陪练伙伴和回声板。根据不同的业务需求, 参与程度可能有所不同(领导团队的永久成员或临时成员)。

3. Contributing to the business strategy. Driving the People Agenda by applying broad HR skills in the areas of organization design and development, change management, workforce planning, coaching/consultation, program/project management, facilitation and communication. Qualifications :
1. You should hold Bachelor’s degree is required at minimum 本科学历或以上
Experience :
1. You should have possessed a full range of functional HR skills – Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Change Management 具备HR所有职能的技能:人力资源规划、招聘,绩效考核,薪酬、组织发展和人才管理,继任者管理和变革管理。
2. Substantial experience working with diverse senior leaders 有和各种不同的管理者合作的充分经验。
3. Ideally, has worked in one expert function within HR;有在任何一个HR职能领域的经验尤佳
