To cope with our expansion, we are looking for an Senior Accountant based in Shenzhen with the below requirements.

Position Summary

The position is responsible for the administration the accounting activities of the company, which is included but not limited to budgeting accounts receivable, payable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, taxation and general accounting reporting, etc concerning accounting areas, with the objective to meeting company financial purposes.


Key Responsibilities

- review voucher for the ledger of business unit
- review journal input to system
- oversees the account receivable
- review expenses claims and act as first approver for bank transactions
- manage the inventory sub-ledger and draft costing report
- prepare and recommend provision for review
- oversees general ledger and draft monthly financial report and forecast
- prepare enterprise income tax and value added tax return for business unit
- supervise accounts clerk, if required.
- be responsible for ad-hoc activities that assigned by Supervisor


Requirements
1. Degree or Diploma in Accounting Discipline.
2. Five years or above of accounting / audit experience with multinational corporation exposure, experience in supply chain workflow and ERP
3. Independent, responsible, reliable and self-initiative
4. Accurate in figures and strong analytical and problem solving problem
5. Ability to meet deadline and work under pressure.
6. Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications.
7. Good in language capability of both English & Chinese
