Role & Responsibilities
1,Handling shipment local operation issue for ocean shipments in Freight Forwarding;
2,Coordinate with local agent and shipper for shipment delivery and following up;
3,Keep smooth communications with customers, team members, and client;
4,Continuous improve operation efficiency for productivity improvement;
5, Must ensure a smooth operation and prevent major service failures.
6, 100% compliance with the clients’ SOP & operation IOP
7, Bear the burden of hard works with Team work.
8, Operation cost controlling and meet KPI by monthly performance.

Education, Experience, Certification and Training requirements
1,Holding experience with 2 years above in logistics industry
2,Having experience with OFR operations;
3,Colleague graduate and above is must;
4,Skillfull in computer operations is plus
5,Team working with best communication both internal and external
6,Honest, mature & able to work independently


Job Skills and Competencies for this position
1, Comprehensive forwarding knowledge & skill, and well know NVOCC operation procedure.
2, Team sprite, good communication skill, strong responsibility, could work in pressure.
