职位描述：
This role is Logistic Coordinator in China under Dow Chem(China) Invest Co Ltd. The purpose of this job is to support logistic activities to meet business sales plan in key tolling plant/warehouses, manage communication between logistic vendors, plant/warehouse and DOW internal functions, perform system transactions and provide reports following logistic work process.
The key job responsibilities:
- Daily review of delivery note (DN) and coordinate with BSCP/CSR/open ticket to resolve delivery failure
- Hourly identify and arrange open shipment, obtain and validate Day-end shipment summary at 4PM based on reporting result
- Coordinate outbound delivery and properly select carrier based on INCOTERM and DOW Carrier Selection Principle
- Perform ECC system transactions including batch allocation, DN/COA generation, Goods Issue, manual freight update efficiently to enable system flow matches effectively with physical material flow
- Monthly freight verification and freight approval/application submission following logistic work process
- Coordinate with key stakeholders including DOW logistic RTW specialist, logistic vendors, BSCP and scheduler, external manufacturing focal point, for shipment change, system issue resolution and unplanned event
- Be the gatekeeper and escalate improper handling to logistic RTW team to ensure compliance with function/business/regulatory policies, and execute transactions appropriately.

- Expertise in logistic handling, operational execution in ECC system, process management and understanding of customer needs are good to have

Primary Location: Pacific-China-Shanghai-Shanghai SDC
