The role:

To ensure the client's working environment is maintained to the highest standards and comply with any internal and external legislative guidelines.
Establish and manage vendor contracts.
Access control (ID badge management)
Courier & mailing services,
Office & pantry supplies
Budget & payment administration
CPI/KPI/Reliability
Minimum 4 Years of professional experience required. Preferably a university qualification in business administration or real estate related discipline
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and good command in English
