区域销售总监 Regional Sales Director
Job Description
To manage and drive sales team to hit revenue target.
To manage and drive sales team to hit revenue target.
To design and deliver training programs, manage the sales team to make sure conduct professional consulting services, and continuously improve sales efficiency to maximize revenue potential of the business.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop training materials and deliver training programs including new staff Boot Camp and follow up sales training/coaching to course consultants.

2. Develop business process, rules, scripts, sales tools and KPIs and continuously review and re-define the whole sales funnel to improve sales efficiency
3. To manage and lead the sales team by following EF’s sales process, use management systems to improve efficiency and accuracy, take steps to ensure the team acquires full product knowledge and market information, and continuously improve the team’s sales skills.
4. Develop Sales Matrix/Index/reporting system to track business health, highlight potential risk and give suggestion to management team
5. To motivate the sales team and build team spirit. Always show the professional image and manners to customers.
6. To set up incentive plan, deliver coaching programs, and drive the sales team to hit revenue target.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 5+ years of sales experience and 3+ years of sales management experience
3. Experience of training, consulting or related areas
4. Be logical and good at data analysis
5. Fluent English communication skills
6. The ability to work independently and set personal targets
