职位描述：
?Create and continuously optimize the welding technical process according to the experience from Europe, including welding fixtures, equipments, welding precdure etc.
参照欧洲经验制定并持续优化焊接工艺，包括焊接夹具，设备及焊接顺序等。
?Responsible for the technical and quality criteria training and check the capabilities of welders regularly.
负责焊工技术及质量标准培训并定期审核焊工能力
?Take over Quality Engineer responsibilities for welding products and other paroducts produced within PU:
 - evaluate and define proper inspection and checking equipment and procedures for
   relevant components, products and processes
 - deal with and document quality problems, follow up corrective and preventive actions, both
   in production and supplier side
 - frequently analyze quality data, provide reports and support PUs to improve product quality
   by defining and implementing improvement measures.
   负责焊接件及本PU产品的质量管理，
-评估和确定检验流程和检查相关设备，及部件，产品流程等；
-处理及汇总质量问题，跟踪产品制造和供应商双方的改善和预防行动措施；
-及时分析质量数据，提供报告和通过确定和实施各项改善活动以支持各PU提升产品质量。
?Ensure effective and in time implementation of engineering changes.
协调并执行工程变更以确保工程变更得到有效和及时的实施。
?Support to complete the other task assigned from the immediate supervisor per business requirement.

?5years’ welding experience on structure product
 5年结构件焊接经验
·Able to read welding drawing and create the welding technical process accordingly.
能够阅读焊接图纸，并制定焊接工艺流程
?Familiar with EN ISO 15609（WPS）,EN ISO 5817,EN 287-1 or EN ISO9606-1
熟悉国际焊接标准EN ISO 15609（WPS）、EN ISO 5817（焊接质量）、EN 287-1或EN ISO9606-1（焊工认证）
?Quality manage skill is preferred
质量管理经验优先。
?Very good project management, as well as communication skills SAP or ERP knowledge is preferred.
善于项目管理，良好的沟通技能，具有SAP和ERP经验者优先。
?International welding engineer is preferred.
国际焊接工程师资质优先
·Good English, German is preferred.
