工作职责:
Key responsibility:
1、 As the key role of COE, be responsible for Compensation & Benefits & LTI PolicyResearch Analysis and administration.
2、 Design and implement C&B strategy and continuous growth, particularly, manage salary surveys, annual salary increase planning, co-ordinate local bonus plan incentive targets and annual determination of bonus metrics and objectives for salaried employees.
3、 Be responsible for the long-term incentive plans and execution according to legal requirement of US listed company.
4、 Review of the appropriateness and competitiveness of overall C&B &Performance practices that help staff retention and contribute of business growth.
5、 Build strong relationships with operations partners of HR colleagues and experts and other business partners to jointly deliver business objectives, remove roadblocks and resolve issues.
6、 Identify current and future reward recognitionbenefit needs, partner with HR & operations to deliver appropriate solutions.
7、 Coaches, counsels, and educates operations partners on C&B &Performance polices, processes, programs, and strategies.
任职资格:
Qualifications:
1、 Honest with integrity, self-starter, with ability and desire to take responsibility and deliver results.
2、 China C&B knowledge and practices, be familiar with legal requirement on listed company at US stock market.
3、 C&B project experience gained in consulting firm is a must
4、 Be familiar with long-term incentives, such as RSU, Options, etc.
5、 Can do compensation analysis and drawing of conclusions to support management decisions.
6、 Able to understand complex issues and develop creative solutions.
7、 Dynamic, mature and confident professional in a fast growing environment is essential.
8、 Minimum 10 years experience in general and of which at least 5 - 8 years specialized in C&B and performance management role.
9、 University Degree, Good English.
