Job Title: Key Account Manager

Company Profile:

Our client has over a 100 year history in innovation and research as one of the worldwide pharmaceutical companies. They have approximately 40,000 working world wide and formed labs overseas. They focus on being pioneers of the industry in the coming years.

The Role:

• Initiate retail channel strategy plan and accessing criteria, carry out retail business development in future.
• Manage distributor sales/promotion forecast, ensure the accuracy of database.
• Develop and expand new long-term client within key chain usage, while maintain the relationship of the others.
• Fulfill the KPI indictors and sign annual agreement with key chain for sales team supporting.
• Achieve retail Sales-in target and map the target market with quart updates.

What you will need?

• Bachelor degree or above in clinical or related medicine science will be preferred.
• At least six years working experience in MNC life science, plus three years working experience on retail sales management. Proficient English reading and writing skills.
• Good communication skill and team player.
• Self-motivated, creative with winning spirit.
• Highly committed & accountable.
• Able to travel frequently.
• Good presentation skill and negotiation skill.
