Main Responsibilities
Responsible for retail development in the area to achieve store opening target
Maintain good relationship with furniture mall, knowing the development plan of furniture malls in responsible region.
Understand brand value, Be able to evaluate the proper location for both Company Italia and Company Editions, be able to find out right prospects for both brands
Responsible the store development till opening including: sales budget set up, Contract agreement sign up, dealer’s operation team set up etc.
Visit market regularly, be able to give the latest market status as well as competitor’s development plans of responsible region. knowing well the competitor’s SWOP and provide the development plan for both Company Italia & Company Editions
Be able to find out new prospect if we need to change dealers in responsible region
Have the view of the industrial development trend
Qualifications:
College Degree or above;
English is mandatory, strong spoken and written English;
Business development and retail store operational related knowledge is must;
At least 3 years related working experience in retail industry;
Good communication skill,;
Be able to travel frequently;
