DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
Dedicated on Hallmark B488 and B40x NPI Reliability Test.
Job Description:
* Work closely with CFT team to drive and execute Hallmark product qualification test and update test plan as per customer requirement.
* Regular review and provide ORT reports to customers per requirement for daily, weekly and monthly basis.
* Work out reliability qualification plans including resource allocations, validation schedule and test summary.
* Customer feedback, complaint handling and improvement driving to close.
* Report reliability execution progress and issues, track the issues and collect related data for analysis and reporting.
* Cooperate with customer and others engineers on debugging, failure analysis and corrective actions for issue discovered during test.
* Support production line for control run, DOE, TQB, PRQ and process change validation and qualification test.
* Involve new projects to support on acoustic test, BIT, IDT, thermal test and mechanical test.
* Draft SOP, manage test operators training and certification.
Job Requirement:
* Associate degree and above;
* 5+ years reliability test experience;
* EMS company is preferred
