Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Business Support
1.Complete the Onboard/Exit process with the employees by following the HR Standard Operational Process.
2.Process new employee induction.
3.Maintain the Onboard/Exit tracking form up to date for data analysis with accuracy and on time.
4.According to the Requirement of Legal, ensure all HR daily work going smoothly, including Contract renewal and Probation Management, etc.
5.According to the P-file Management Process, checking and filing P-files for daily management.
6.Provide supports for some administrative work, including HR benefit reimbursement, insurance, referral bonus, promotion, etc.
7.Handle the HR related problems from employees according to standard Q&A from HR functions. Ensure employees are informed on status of their case as soon as possible.
8.Support ER and LR case for HRG with HR knowledge.
9.To minimize the potential risk and ensure HR work going very well, we should complete all HR related work by following Labour Law & Audit’s requirement.
10.Provide supports for foreigner affair management, including working permit and resident permit, etc. (Only for GMS-GSKT,GSKSZ, GMS Above Site)
11.Provide supports for site audit, attendance record and overtime statistics. (Only for GMS-GSKT,GSKSZ, GMS Above Site)
Administrative Support
12.Assist and support HR Transaction Manager in communication within internal HR team or external BU team when necessary.
13.Administrate the formalities with local FESCO or Agencies by following the service agreement between the HR and the FESCO.
14.Other HR Related task.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1.College graduates or bachelor degree above, HR related major will be plus.
2.Two years above related working experience, preferably in multi-company HR team.
3.Demonstrate strong PC skills including proficiency in a variety of software packages (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail and other work related software).
4.Well oral and written communication skills both English & Chinese.
5.Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality with Integrity.
6.Customer service orientation, self-motivated, careful and Patient for all work.
7.Understand the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and all the relevant code of conduct especially Labour law.
