General overview

Reporting to the QA Director at the China office, the QA CI Manager is responsible for implementing ALDO quality continuous improvement system or projects in the factories and QA teams, ensuring that our suppliers receives the relevant support and information to enable them to improve production quality and efficiency to meet ALDO quality standards and on time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead quality continuous improvement projects in factories and QA team.
2. Monitor the implementation of the quality improvement projects and ensure all new processes or systems are strictly conducted by our factories partners.
3. Train both the factories QA and ALDo QA team on quality defaults classification.
4. Prepare monthly quality performance analysis and reports by all factories for the management team review.
5. Collaborate with related parties to continuously improve the production quality and efficiency.
6. Analyze root cause of customer returns/complains and follow up with suppliers for corrective actions. Set up specific styles improvement programs
7. Optimize the existing resource to reach the best quality and efficiency, ensure on time delivery and customers’ satisfaction.
8. Ensure company’s internal requirements are addressed and satisfied.

Key Requirements

？ Engineering education background with diploma or above
？ 15+ years working experience on shoes manufacturing
？ Strong project management experience
？ have good knowledge of Six Sigma
？ Excellent at making excel or PPT reports
？ Detail oriented, good at problem solver/analytical
？ Must work well under pressure and with deadlines
？ Well-organized
