Job Accountabilities:
- Manage and train QA Supervisors and QA Inspectors to provide a high quality inspection.
- Monitor, identify and record issues of vendor quality performance and provide solutions to any non-conformities relating to the inspection service and quality system.
- Supervise pre-production, in-line and final inspections to ensure it is conducted as Client requirements.
- Comply that there are enough resources in the Quality Assurance Department to inspect shipments as required.
- Review and control expenses for the Department, including budget planning.
- Communicate directly with Clients when required to explain quality issues and program.
- Be able to direct and discipline staff independently.
- Ensure the implementation of initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity within the inspection service and management system.
- Complete reasonable ad hoc tasks requested by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- University or technical institute graduates of relevant studies.
- Minimum 10 years related experience with Furniture products with 3 to 5 years in a managerial position.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication skills and have the ability to interact with clients, vendors and merchandising teams.
