Primary Purpose:
The Specialist, Supply Chain Management is assumes full responsibility for the flow of information through the SP, from raw materials and sample sign off until shipment. The job holder works in close synergy with the Quality, commercialization team. The job holder is responsible for application of the Coach SP Manufacturing strategy from a Supply chain perspective.

Maintains continuity of supply through the Plan Placement at the Service provider.
? Distributes the Purchase orders to the SPs and verify of order details
? Escalates issues with CIL JDA / NY PA.
? Ensures RMPO placement
? Monitors FG Delivery quote on POT
? Provides feedback on transfer or orders related questions
? Follow up materials Liability for PCR/DCR cancellation
? Responsible for RM AA# application & Air/Sea difference Debit Note follow-up.

Ensures On time delivery through proactive action and with the Service provider and Coach teams.
? Partners with SP to ensure accurate data in the POT.
? Follow up daily output, efficiency monitoring, and analysis and take appropriate action.
? Monitors RM delivery status with the factory. Escalate issues to MM team as required on an exceptional basis.
? Follow up production issue & FG quality call-out with internal/external parties and SP.
? Communicates with NY Admin and NY Opts for missed intro / FG impact.
? Liaises with Quality Manager & Engineer and factory management to ensure that order scheduling corresponds per Coach Requirement.

Manages the utilization of the Capacity according to Coach strategy and requirements.
? Analysis production forecast & validate with quality manager.
? Provides monthly open capacity.
? Follow up of the long range capacity ramp up / down plans and communicate concerns to quality manager

Monitor timelines to ensure smooth transition from commercialization to production
? Identifies long lead-time styles. Support the quality manager on the management of long lead time programs. Liaising with PD, SP & NY Ops. Agree on production lead time with SP and follow up of production.
? Manages product approval timelines
? Monitors CS schedule with SP and engineer for setting up priorities.
? Responsible for Local management of PBVR/PRN.
? Responsible for Collateral packaging materials delivery communication with NY Ops (Gift box) and CIL packaging team, as required.
? Supports NY market week team to ensure on time delivery of market week samples as required.


An outstanding professional will have...

? Diploma holder or above with minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in merchandising field – preferable in Footwear, leather goods, apparel.
? Strong logical thinking and good problem-solving
? Familiar with SAP system preferable
? Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and good communication & coordination
? Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a must, familiar with Office 2010 operation system is a plus
