职位描述：
主要职责：
1、负责公司招聘
2、初步筛选简历
3、邀约求职者面试并做初步面试
4、负责公司员工考勤管理并在次月月初做考勤统计报表
5、负责每月公司聚餐的组织
6、每月组织公司一次户外活动
经验要求：
1、大专以上学历，英语流利者优先考虑
2、一年以上人力资源工作经验，优秀毕业生可适当放宽条件。
3、熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际操作运用。
4、具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，有较强的沟通、协调能力，有团队协作精神。
5、熟练使用相关办公软件，具备基本的网络知识。
