职位描述：
Effectiveness of Control Confirmation
Partners with Global Business Controls to analyze control confirmation testing results.
Consults with GO Business Controls Testing Analysts to assist in defining improvement plans.
Conduct improvement plan walkthroughs to ensure awareness with process analysts
Ensures all mitigation and/or improvement plans are completed as committed

Improve Policy & Procedure Adherence
Primary country focal for business consultation while maintaining independence when providing guidance and dispositions.
Verify Training documents are accurate and complete from a policy/procedure perspective
Support Knowledge improvement initiatives across GO to ensure awareness of compliance, processes, policies and procedures.

Guidance on Policy & Procedures
Conduct compliance/spot checks for adherence to policies and procedures > $1m.
Demonstrates and exercises independent judgement in providing consultative guidance relative to policies and procedures to identify and provide interpretation


Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Proficiency of computer systems including MS Office applications; WORD, Excel, PPT
At least 5 years BPO industry working experience, HPE TS domain knowledge is preferred
At least 3~5 years of Project Management related experience
Master of Business control & Compliance related policies (e.g. SoX & IA etc.)
Good written and oral English, 2nd foreign language is preferred
Good written and oral communication and presentation skills, besides possessing strong leadership and problem solving skills. Prior managerial experience as a plus
Self-motivation, be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
Ability to work cross functions, to get work done through others in different teams
Ability to influence and motivate
Ability to build relationships with other departments
Ability to communicate and interact with top management
