Role Description
? Working under direction and or in collaboration with the Regional Engagement Lead to provide in depth data analysis across the LTC ( Lead to Cash) /SCC ( Sales Coverage and Comp) processes to identify/quantify root causes leading to improvement recommendations
? Influence sales operations process owners or SME’s on adoption and implementation of process improvements to ensure MD is utilized to support the most effective customer/partner experience
? First point of contact for operations teams to consult on requests received from regional stakeholders to assess appropriate course of action.
? Supports Regional program implementation activities of HPE’s and Master Data’s strategic vision.
? Manage first level escalation support from regional stakeholders
? Working with S&A to manage business stakeholder UAT engagement through stakeholder communication, training, execution, and tracking and sign off.
? Support MOC activities as related to Master Data Management process change
? Lead the execution of ad-hoc improvement projects in consultation with Regional Engagement Lead
? Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action in the assigned domain.
Knowledge and Skills Required
? Ability to cultivate & maintain positive relationships with regional customers/partners to ensure high quality solutions are deployed with high levels of satisfaction
? Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
? Possess the ability to properly set expectations proactively for all stakeholders, including WW and Regional Master Data, BGs, Sales Compensation and other key stakeholders
? Strong organizational and time management skills in a fluid rapid change environment
? Expert usage of Microsoft excel/access, word, power point, Visio. SQL and QlikView a plus
? Knowledge and familiarity with HP’s Sales Readiness, Partner Readiness, Customer and Partner ecosystems
? Knowledge of HP Customer Hierarchies and Sales Coverage models
? Team oriented approach and attitude with leadership behaviors , ability to work with different cultures
? Self-starter, ability to deliver high quality results in tight timelines
? Structured, highly flexible, able to anticipate problems in an intuitive and proactive manner to define short term and stable solutions
Education and Experience Required
? First-level university degree or equivalent experience
? 3 - 5 years of related experience in business operations.
? 1 - 3 years of project/program experience
? Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management training or certification a plus
