Job description
This role is responsible for providing excellent candidate experience during pre and on boarding of new hire as well as partnering with IBM Recruitment team to ensure end to end hiring process execution effectiveness.
Provide guidance to team member on processes and act as a point of contact for the respective location.
Coordinate local & foreign candidates on board activities with various parties
Provide pre- on boarding services and manage on boarding process for candidates
Able to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work.
Verify offer details and able to execute daily operations using IBM HR system.
Vendor coordination as well as dealing with periodically reports
Ensure compliance to all audit guidelines and adhere to all established processes.
Take responsibility for solving problem and have a healthy sense of urgency in achieving objectives.
Share workload with team mate if necessary to promote team spirit.
Any other ad-hoc tasks and/or project being assigned as & when required by management.
Required Skills
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Able to work under pressure with passion to deliver excellent service to meet customer satisfaction.
Ability to interact well with all levels of people and work independently as well as in a team.
A detailed & result oriented person and self motivated
Must have the ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace.
Good interpersonal and communication skill.
At least 6 months of working experience/internship in multinational company. Candidates who had experience in recruitment or Human Resource operation will be an added advantage.
Required language(s) : Fluent in English and Mandarin both written and spoken.
Required skill (s) : Strong in presentation, organizational, time management and interaction skill.
