职位描述：
1.Systematic searching for potential customers clients, visiting them and persuade them in our products
2.Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
3.Defiintion of laser solutions and calculating client quotations
4.Negotiating conditions and contract terms according the internal rules and guidelines
5.Administering client information in the CRM system
6.Preparing reports to supervisor
7.Co-ordinating sales projects
8.Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
9.Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
10.Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
能力要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above,3 years working experience in similar position
2. Majored in Electronics, Engineering, Laser Technology, Manufacturing
3.Laser technology/Application, laser integration in systems, strong communication and negotiation skills, convincing personality, systematic and target oriented work style, superior written and oral communications skills, presentation methods, work independent, self motivation
