Job Decription:
? Establish, update, and implement quality control procedures/WI/Forms for maintaining & improving quality from raw materials until finished products. Ensure all Quality Management rules are being correctly followed.
? Organize and Optimize Quality manpower allocate/work, Monitor/Instruct/Train/Evaluate subordinates. Prepare and update RCP for all subordinates, submit Application form for recruit to HR, make interview together with HR.
? Design or updates quality reporting system and quality documentation system.
? Ensure communication within Quality team, analyse proposal from subordinate and accept to make implementation if OK, make sure all QA employee are following company regulations.
? Ensure well maintenance of QA devices.
? Control and meet department KPI standard.
? Finish and distribute all required reports from QA Dept. in time and correctly.
? Setup, Maintain and improve ISO 9000 QMS.
? Setup, Maintain and improve document control procedure , including document list update, document issue and recall, document scanning and backup in server, etc. Ensure safety keeping of all quality documents according to document control procedure.
? Maintain and improve record control procedure, including record list update, backup Form Format in server, etc. Ensure safety keeping of all quality records according to record control procedure.
? Maintain and improve Monitoring & Measuring Devices Control procedure, in time to update list and manage calibration.
? Complaint management.
? Maintain and improve NC control procedure, handle NC disposition, summarize NC/Rework and make analysis report.
? Maintain and improve Data Analysis procedure, lead data analysis report in the company, introduce and make training for new analysis method, improve analysis method.
? Maintain and improve Improvement control procedure, initiate improvements covering RM/Product/Procedures by Data analysis, internal auditing and CAPA form.
? Establish Quality training system, implement quality training with organization by HR. Participate in training program and make sufficient self-teaching to improve knowledge and skill.
? 5S management.
? EHS coordinator.
? Prepare and coordinate for ISO audit, customer audit.

Key Requirements (eg. specific skills, experience, qualifications)
? College education background with bachelor degree, Major in Chemical or Chemical Engineering, polymer preferred.
? At least 8 years QC and QA working experience and 5 years QC/QA leader experience.
? Prefer experience in plastics or chemical industry.
? Know well about ISO9000 (with certificate of internal auditor) and tools like SQC/PDCA/TQM/FMEA, has Quality Engineer Certificate.
? Well understand QMS(ISO9000), specially for QA related procedures like document and record control, NC control, complaint handling, measuring devices control, ISO process monitoring, improvement control, Data analysis, Internal Audit.
? Skill to motivate and manage subordinates, monitor and instruct and well train workers, with knowledge and skill to build up learning team.
? Has Knowledge of Benchmarking/Time Management/Project Management, with skill to use To Do List to manage works.
? Ability to set up SOP and Form.
? Good computer skill, good English skill as working language.
? High responsibility, good communication and teamwork, CIP Skill.
