职位描述
Responsibilities
1. Dealing with customer enquiry in a timely manner
2. Processing orders, following up on order status, keeping the customers and sales team informed of any changes
3. Working with related departments to ensure timely delivery
4. Assisting our company's sales function in providing assistance when they are not in office
5. Creating customer data-base, consolidating and maintaining sales records and issuing relevant reports
6. Handling customer complaints (commercial), enhancing customer satisfaction with company products and services
7. Following up on invoice and AR issues
Requirement
1. Associate Degree in Business Administration
2. Experience on how to deal with external customers and coordination with different functions in a trading company background
3. Good spoken and written English.
4. Excellent spreadsheet/document office software interfacing skills
5. Ability to work under pressure and teamwork orientation
6. ERP knowledge is preferred
7. Location:Shenzhen Office
